Double Chocolate Paratha

Ingredients:

  • Italiano white chocolate as required
  • Italiano chocolate sauce as required

For Parathay:

  • Flour 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Oil 1 tbsp
  • Water as required

Method:

  1. Put all ingredients of parathay in bowl, knead it, make small small balls and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Then roll one ball, spread white chocolate and fold edges.
  3. Now put 1 tbsp oil on tawa and cook parathay on both side.
  4. Then spread chocolate sauce, sprinkle white chocolate and serve.

Double Chocolate Paratha is yummy dish. White chocolate is stuffed in paratha & topped with chocolate sauce.
