Mutton Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1 kg
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Sela rice 3 cups
  • Onion 4
  • Lemons 4
  • All spice powder few
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Ginger garlic paste 4-5 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

For Garnish:

  • Cucumber 250 gm
  • Big tomatoes 250 gm
  • Yogurt 250 gm

Method:

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil, put mutton, 2 lemon juice and salt, dry water of mutton from water dries and remove it.
  2. Now heat 1 cup oil, fry onion until golden brown, take it out and spread on paper.
  3. Then grind onion, ginger garlic paste and tomatoes in blender, put grinded tomatoes, onion and mutton in pot again and roast it slightly.
  4. Then add black pepper and salt and remove it.
  5. Now put green chilies, all spice and salt in rice, boil it and drain water.
  6. Then grease base of rice pot and make layer of half rice.
  7. Then make layer of fried mutton and put remaining rice.
  8. Then mix 2 lemon juice in tomatoes masalay, put on sides of rice and simmer it on tawa.
  9. Steam comes up, mutton biryani is ready.

Mutton Biryani is tasty biryani. It is common rice dish in Pakistan. It is commonly served in parties in Pakistan. You can prepare it with beef or chicken or seafood.
