Ingredients:

  • Chicken (16 pieces) 1-1/2 kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Finely chopped green chilies 12
  • Oil 1 bowl
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put chicken and salt in wok, cover it and cook on low flame.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. When water of chicken dries, add black pepper, green chilies and ginger.
  4. Then put hot oil and lemon juice, serve delicious Afghani karahi with naan.

Afghani Karahi is delicious karahi. It is prepared with chicken & few more ingredients. Try this karahi at home and serve with hot naan.
