Grilled Chicken Dhamaka Biryani

Ingredients:

  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Chicken breast 1/2 kg
  • Onion 4
  • Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  • Whole mix spice 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder to taste
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Tomatoes 250 gm
  • Bay leaves 3
  • Dried plum 8
  • Chicken cubes 2
  • Salt to taste
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Yellow color 1 pinch

For Biryani Masala:

  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Nutmeg mace 1 pinch
  • Small cardamom 8
  • Green cardamom 2

For Chicken Marination:

  • Yogurt 4 tbsp
  • Tikka masala 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Yellow color 1 pinch
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. For biryani masala: Grind all ingredients finely and keep it aside.
  2. Marinate chicken with marination ingredients and heat oil in pan.
  3. Then fry onion until golden, add ginger garlic paste, bay leaves, whole mix spice and red chili powder in same oil and roast for 1 minute.
  4. Now add tomatoes, yogurt, salt, dry plum and chicken and cook on high flame.
  5. Water dries, add biryani grinded masala, finely chopped green chilies and kewra and close stove.
  6. Make layer of rice and masala in big pot, add fried onion, green chilies, mint leaves and yellow color and simmer it for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Now put some oil on grill pan, grill chicken from both sides, take out in platter and serve.

Grilled Chicken Dhamaka Biryani is tasty dish. Chicken is marinated with tikka masala, grilled and served in masala biryani. It is served with salad and raita.
