Curry Soup

Ingredients:

  • Mutton bones 500 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Garlic 5 cloves
  • Tomato 1
  • Ginger 1
  • Whole cumin 1 tsp
  • Cloves 2
  • Cinnamon 1
  • Green cardamom 1
  • Whole black pepper 6
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
  • Oil 3-4 tbsp
  • Gram flour 2 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pot, fry mutton bones with vegetables, put all masalay, add 6 cups water and cook on low flame for 1 hour.
  2. Then put gram flour and yogurt, thick it, cook more for 5 minutes and serve.

Curry Soup is amazing soup. It is prepared with mutton bones. You must try this different soup at home.
