Stir Fried Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • Mixed vegetables 250 gm
  • Finely chopped onion 1
  • Chopped garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Tomatoes 2-3
  • Olives 1/2 cup
  • Crushed red chili 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil 1 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Method:

  1. Heat olive oil in pan and fry onion and garlic.
  2. When onion is brown, add tomatoes, mix vegetables, olives, red chili, black pepper and soya sauce and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Then take out in serving dish, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.

Stir Fried Vegetables is tasty recipe. It is simple & easy dish to make it at any time. You can serve it with rice or roti.
