Mixed Vegetable Sabzi

Ingredients:

  • Mix vegetables 1 packet
  • Fenugreek leaves 1 big bunch
  • Oil 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chilies 1-1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • Tomato puree 3 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in wok and fry onion until soft.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, salt, red chilies, cumin, tomato puree, fenugreek leaves and mix vegetables, cover it and simmer it.
  3. Then put coriander leaves and serve with roti.

Mixed Vegetable Sabzi is tasty dish. It is prepared with Emborg mixed vegetable packet. You can serve it in breakfast, lunch or dinner.
