Anjeer Ka Halwa

Ingredients:

  • Fig 250 gm
  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Khoya 250 gm
  • Milk 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Sugar 1/2 cup
  • Crushed green cardamom 1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Wash fig with water and make paste.
  2. Now heat ghee in pan and crackle cardamom.
  3. Then add fig paste, semolina, ghee and sugar and roast it.
  4. Then put milk and mix it.
  5. When mixture is thick and roast it until halwa leaves ghee.
  6. Then take out in dish and serve.

Anjeer Ka Halwa is amazing sweet dish. Its flavars are delicious. Garnish it with almonds, pistachios and walnuts.
