Moong Dal Ki Mangochiyan

Ingredients:

  • Onion 1
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Cumin 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Finely chopped green chilies few

For Mangochiyan:

  • Soaked & ground moong daal 1 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin 1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tsp
  • Oil for fry

Method:

  1. For mangochiyan: Mix all ingredients except oil, add some water and dissolve it.
  2. Then make like Kora, keep on tray and dry it.
  3. Then heat in oil and fry it.
  4. Heat oil and fry onion until brown.
  5. Now put tomato, cumin, ginger garlic and salt.
  6. Then put fried mangochiyan and roast it nicely.
  7. Then put green chilies.
  8. It is ready.

Moong Dal Ki Mangochiyan is new dish. Mangochiyan is prepared with moon daal and served in gravy. Try this new dish.
