Ingredients:

  • Mutton 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Chopped tomatoes 375 gm
  • Chopped green chilies 3
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil, put cumin with ginger garlic paste and mutton and fry for 5 minutes.
  2. Now add salt, red chili powder, turmeric and cumin and fry it nicely.
  3. Then put 1 cup water and cook until meat is tender.
  4. Now add tomatoes, cover it and cook until meat and tomatoes tender.
  5. Then add coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

Tamatar Gosht is delicious dish. Its main ingredients are mutton and tomatoes. Garnished with coriander leaves & green chilies and serve with rice or naan.
