Ingredients:
- Green chilies 200 gm
- Whole coriander 2 tsp
- Sesame seeds 1 tbsp
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
- Peanut 1 tbsp
- Cumin roasted & crushed 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Turmeric 1/4 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
For Bhagar:
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Whole red chilies 6
- Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves 15-20
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
- Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
- Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
- Tamarind pulp 2 tbsp
- Onion (roasted & ground) 1
Method:
- Roast coriander, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coconut and peanuts and grind it.
- Roast onion in oven, grind it and add with grinded masalay.
- Mark cut on green chilies in center.
- Heat oil and fry bhagar masalay with 1/2 cup water.
- Now add green chilies, grinded masalay, tamarind pulp and all ingredients, cook on low flame for 15 minutes and serve.
Deccani Mirchein is spicy & tasty dish. Prepared with green chilies and given bhagar with spices. Serve with roti.
