Ingredients:

  • Boneless fish cubes 1/2 kg
  • Onion slice 1
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1-2 tbsp
  • Vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put fish, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, vinegar and salt in bowl.
  2. Heat grill pan or steak platter and grill fish cubes.
  3. Then heat steak platter, spread onion slices, put fish cubes and serve.

Fish Sizzler is delicious dish. Fish is mixed with spices & sauce and then grilled. Served with onion slices in steak platter. Must try this recipe.
