Ingredients:

  • Beef pasanday 1/2 kg
  • Raw papaya 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Fried & chopped onion 3 tbsp
  • Roasted & chopped poppy seeds 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed whole red chilies 10
  • Roasted & crushed cumin 1 tbsp
  • Roasted & crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • All spice 1 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Oil 1/4 cup

For Simmer:

  • Yogurt 3/4 cup
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Chopped green chilies 2
  • Onion 1
  • Coal 1

Method:

  1. Marinate pasanday with all ingredients for 1 hour.
  2. Cook pasanday in hot oil on low flame.
  3. Now put yogurt, salt, green chilies, simmer it and serve.

Dhuwan Dahi Pasanday is delicious. Beef pasanday is used. It is marinated and cooked. Then simmered and served with rice.
