Keema Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Tomatoes 375 gm
  • Green chilies small 10
  • Onions 2
  • Cumin 2 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Whole coriander 1 tbsp
  • Lemon slices 2
  • Red chili 1 tsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1 bunch

Method:

  1. Heat oil and add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Now put mince and roast on high flame.
  3. Then put onions, tomatoes, green chilies, cumin, salt, turmeric, whole coriander and red chili and cover it on low flame.
  4. When its water dries, sprinkle lemon slices and coriander leaves and serve.

Keema Karahi is tasty dish. It is prepared with common ingredients. Served with raita and naan.
