Guava Jelly Recipe
- Guava 1 kg
- Water 15 cups
- Sugar as required
- Lemon juice 1/2 cup
- Cut guava into pieces and cook with water until guava is soft and water remains half.
- Put guava in cloth and hang it so that its juice drains.
- If juice is 8 cups, add 7 cups and lemon juice and stir it so that sugar dissolves.
- Now cook on high flame, stir it, when boils comes, fill in clean jar.
Guava Jelly is amazing jelly. You can prepare it easily. Apply on bread and serve in breakfast.
