Keema Handi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Finely chopped tomatoes 2
  • Raw onion ground 2
  • Lemons 2
  • Long chopped green chilies 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped ginger 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil in handi and put onion.
  2. When onion is light pink, put ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper and red chili and roast it slightly.
  3. When water of tomatoes dries, put chicken mince and roast it nicely.
  4. Then add lemon juice, green chilies and ginger, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then put coriander leaves and serve with parathay or chapati.

Keema Handi is tasty dish. It is prepared with chicken mince. You cam also use mutton mince or beef mince. Serve with parathay or naan.
