Ingredients:

  • Milk 3 cups
  • Semolina 1 cup
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Cream 160 gm
  • Icing sugar 2 tbsp
  • Walnuts, Pistachios, Almonds for garnish

Method:

  1. Mix semolina, sugar and rose water in milk and cook for 10 minutes till thick.
  2. When thick, spread on dish.
  3. Mix cream in icing sugar and spread on mixture.
  4. Then garnish with nuts and serve.

Layali Lubnan is Lebanese dessert. It is prepared with semolina and milk. Then topped with cream & icing sugar and garnished with nuts. Must try this dessert.
