Kashmiri Pulao Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Rice 1/2 kg
  • Ashrafiyaan 1 cup
  • Whole mix spice 1 tsp
  • Pine nuts 2 tbsp
  • Raisins 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nut 2 tbsp
  • Pineapple 1/2 cup
  • Orange juice 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Ghee 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. Heat oil in pan, put chicken and roast it nicely.
  2. When golden brown, put black pepper, salt, whole mix spice, ginger garlic paste and water and roast it.
  3. Now put rice.
  4. When rice simmered, put pineapple, cashew nut, orange juice, raisins, ashrafiyaan, pine nuts and coriander leaves and simmer it.
  5. Delicious Kashmiri pulao is ready.

Kashmiri Pulao is delicious & tasty rice dish. It is prepared with chicken, rice, dry fruits, pineapple and nuts. Serve with raita.
