Afghani Karahi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1-1/2 kg
  • Lemons 3
  • Green chilies chopped 12
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger 3 tbsp
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Put chicken and salt in wok, cover it and cook on low flame.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. When water of chicken dries, add black pepper, green chilies and ginger.
  4. Then put hot oil and lemon juice, serve with hot naan.

Afghani Karahi is delicious dish. Chicken is cooked and green chilies, ginger & lemon juice is added. Serve with hot naan and raita.
