Zafrani Halwa Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Semolina 250 gm
  • Green cardamom 3-4
  • Saffron 1 pinch
  • Yellow color 1/3 tsp
  • Sugar as required
  • Ghee 1 cup
  • Almonds, Pistachios as required
  • Kewra essence few drops
  • Silver paper as required

Method:

  1. Roast semolina in pot.
  2. Now put cardamon in ghee and mix sugar.
  3. Then add semolina, almonds, pistachios and yellow color, mix it nicely and stir it.
  4. Halwa roasted, put saffron and kewra essence and mix it.
  5. When halwa leaves ghee, take out in dish, garnish with silver paper and serve.

Zafrani Halwa is delicious sweet dish. Semolina is roasted and mixed with yellow color and nuts. Then mixed with saffron, garnished with silver paper and served in dish.
