Aloo Keema Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Boiled potatoes 1/2 kg
  • Beef mince 250 gm
  • Onion 1
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
  • Green chilies 2-3
  • All spice powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 1-2
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Salad leaves for garnish

Direction:

  1. Put potatoes, salt, cumin powder and coriander powder in bowl, mash it and keep it aside.
  2. Now heat oil and fry onion.
  3. Then fry ginger garlic paste, add mince and roast it.
  4. Now put black pepper, red chili, green chilies and all spice powder, roast it, add little water and cook it.
  5. Water dries, remove it and cool it.
  6. Now fill in potatoes and make kabab.
  7. Then dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs.
  8. Then heat oil in pan and shallow fry kabab.
  9. Then take out in and serve with salad leaves.

Aloo Keema Kabab is delicious kabab. Potatoes are mashed. Beef is cooked with green chilies and spices. Then filled in potatoes, dipped in eggs, coasted with bread crumbs and deep fried.
