Ingredients:

  • Kabuli chickpeas boiled 300 gm
  • Potatoes boiled 2
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • Papri 5-6
  • Green chilies 3-4
  • Chaat masala as required
  • Red kidney beans 1 cup

For Green Chutney:

  • Tamarind paste 1/2 cup
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies 5-6
  • Salt to taste

Direction:

  1. For green chutney: Put all ingredients in grinder and grind it.
  2. For serving: Put chickpeas, beans and potatoes in deep dish.
  3. Now put beaten yogurt.
  4. Then put green chutney.
  5. Then sprinkle chaat masala, put papri and green chilies and serve.

Jaipuri Chaat is tasty side dish. Chaat is prepared with kabuli chickpeas, potatoes, beans and green chilies. Topped with yogurt & papri and served.
