  • Beef mince 1 kg
  • Rice 2-1/2 cups
  • Onion chopped 4
  • Red chili 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 4
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Mint leaves 1 bunch
  • Green chilies chopped 8
  • Biryani masala 1 cup
  • Oil 1 cup
  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Yellow food color few
  • Salt to taste

To Boil Rice:

  • Mint leaves 1/2 bunch
  • Green chilies 3
  • Salt to taste
  • All spice few
  • White vinegar 1 tbsp


  1. Heat oil in pot, fry onion until golden brown and take out half onion.
  2. Then put mince, salt and ginger garlic paste and dry mince water.
  3. Now add red chili powder, turmeric, yogurt, lemon juice, mint leaves, green chilies and all spice powder and roast it.
  4. Then put mint leaves, green chilies, salt, all spice and vinegar in rice and boil it.
  5. Now drain rice water, grease rice pot and make layer of half rice.
  6. Then make layer of mince rice and make layer of remaining rice.
  7. Then put milk & yellow color mixture, add lemon juice and mix it.
  8. When steam comes, biryani is ready.
  9. Then take out in dish, put fried onion and mint leaves and serve with yogurt raita.

Keema Biryani is tasty dish. Beef mince is cooked with spices and green vegetables. Rice is boiled with mint leaves & spices. Then rice & mince are mixed, topped with fried onion & mint leaves and serve with raita.
