Thandai Phirni Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Milk 1 liter
  • Almonds 1 cup
  • Pistachios 1 cup
  • Cashew nut 1 cup
  • Melon seeds 1 cup
  • Green cardamom 1 tbsp
  • Fennel 1 tbsp
  • Onion seeds 1 tbsp
  • Rose water 1 tbsp
  • Kewra 1 tbsp
  • Soaked rice 100 gm
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Saffron 1 tsp
  • Sugar 250 gm

Direction:

  1. Boil milk in pan.
  2. Then mix almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, melon seeds, cardamom, fennel, onion seeds, rose water, kewra, rice and black pepper.
  3. Now mix saffron and sugar and simmer it.
  4. Then take out in bowl and serve hot or cold.

Thandai Phirni is delicious sweet dish. Milk is boiled & mixed with nuts, spices & rice. Serve hot or cold.
