					Ingredients:
- Boiled rice 1/2 kg
 
- Mutton 1/2 kg
 
- Tomatoes 1/2 kg
 
- Fenugreek seeds 2 tbsp
 
- Cumin seeds 1 tsp
 
- Coriander whole 1 tsp
 
- Green cardamom 12
 
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
 
- Salt 1 tsp
 
- Lemons 4
 
- Black peppercorns 1 tsp
 
- Star anise 2
 
- Ginger garlic 2 tsp
 
- Onions 250 gm
 
- Bay leaves 2
 
- Oil 1 cup
 
- Red chili 1-1/2 tsp
 
Direction:
- Put water, ginger garlic and red chili in mutton and boil it.
 
- Heat oil in pot and fry onion until brown.
 
- Then put boiled mutton, tomatoes, fenugreek seeds, coriander, cumin, cardamom, salt, black peppercorn, star anise and bay leaves and roast on high flame.
 
- Then put boiled rice and simmer it for 20 minutes.
 
- It is ready.
 
								
					  
					
					Kasuri Mutton Biryani is tasty biryani. Mutton is boiled and cooked with spices. Then simmered with rice and serve with raita & salad.
