  • Mince 1/2 kg
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Onion fried 1/2 cup
  • Papaya paste 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Cumin roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
  • All spice 3/4 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander leaves as required
  • Green chilies as required
  • Coal for simmer
  • Onion slice as required


  1. Put onion fried, papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, cumin, all spice and turmeric in mince, cover it and leave for 6 hours.
  2. Now heat ghee in pot, add mince and cook on low flame.
  3. When mince is ready, give smoke of coal.
  4. Then garnish with green chilies, coriander leaves and onion slice and serve.

Angara Keema is tasty dish. Mince is mixed with spices and cooked in ghee. Then garnished with coriander leaves, green chilies & onion and serve with warqi paratha.
