Cake Rusk Recipe
- Butter 4 oz
- Caste sugar 4 oz
- Eggs 3
- Maida 4 oz
- Baking powder 1 tsp
- Lemon essence 1/2 tsp
- Yellow color 1/4 tsp
- Beat butter and eggs and put eggs one by one.
- Now beat it nicely.
- Also add yellow color and lemon essence.
- Then fold in baking powder and maida.
- Now grease baking tray and bake on 180 degrees C for 30 minutes.
- Then cool it, cut into slice and bake again on 100 degrees C for 20-45 minutes.
Cake Rusk is snack dish. It is served with tea. It is prepared with eggs, maida and butter. Baked, cut into slices and baked again. You can make it at home easily.
