					Coffee Cake is very popular cake in world. Make it at home and surprise your family.
Ingredients:
- Maida 150 gm
 
- Baking powder 1-1/2 tsp
 
- Eggs 3
 
- Butter 150 gm
 
- Icing sugar 150 gm
 
For Icing:
- Icing sugar 300 gm
 
- Butter 150 gm
 
- Coffee 2 tsp
 
Direction:
- Preheat oven on 180 degrees C and grease 2 8 inch pan with butter.
 
- Mix butter and sugar nicely until creamy with electric butter.
 
- Then sieve maida and baking powder.
 
- Then add eggs one by one in butter mixture and mix it nicely.
 
- Then put maida mixture and mix it nicely.
 
- Then put mixture in greased pan and bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
 
- Then take out from oven and cool it completely on wire rack.
 
- For icing: Mix coffee in 2 tbsp water.
 
- Then beat with sugar and butter nicely.
 
- Then spread icing nicely on one sponge cake and cover with second sponge cake.
 
- Then spread remaining icing nicely on all sides of cake and refrigerate it.
 
								
					  
					
					Coffee Cake is delicious and mouth-watering dessert. Sponge cake is prepared with sugar, butter, eggs and maida. Mixed together, poured in greased pan and baked. Coffee & sugar icing is spread on one sponge cake, covered with second sponge cake and spread remaining coffee & sugar icing. Serve chilled.
