  • yar,i have also made the same kind by using sara's rcipe and it was xcellent.i used dark cooking chocolate under the name "Baker's Choice" but u can use any plain chocolate like cadbury dairymilk ,or galaxy, and i also recommend cream for topping, instead of butter if u melt cream and chocolate in equal quantity its gonna give a heavenly result. and donot forget to properly line and grease the bottom as well as the sides.A little portion of my cake remained stuck to the pan.so be careful while taking it out.

  • I just need some of your help pls... I had some queries :- a) "250 gms chocolate" (Is it milk chocolate or any cadbury chocolate we get in the market?) b) "oil with 1 tsp vanilla" (Is it 2 tbsp, 1tbsp or 1 tsp of oil?.... Coz she mentioned all the qnty while recap at different times) C) Was "9 inch'' measuring round tin convenient for the cake size? d) In your comment you mentioned to bake the cake for 1 n half hour @160/170 degree centigrade... whereas Maedha said at "180 degree centigrade"... pls suggest e) "1/3 cup cream" for glaze... Is it fresh cream or whipping cream?
