					Ingredients: 
- 8 Simple Pancakes
- 200 gm soft cheese
- 425 gm can cherries with juice
- 30 ml water
- 15 ml lemon juice
Method:
- Make the pancakes. Spread each with a little of the soft cheese and fold into quarters. 
- Turn the cherries and juice into the pan (skillet) and add the water and lemon juice. Heat until bubbling, stirring all the time. 
- Add one pancake, bathe in sauce and push to one side of the pan before adding the next. 
- Pour out into a plate and serve straight away.
