Ingredients:  

  • 500 gm Khoya
  • 700 gm Sugar
  • 300 gm Almonds
  • 250 gm Ghee
  • 1 Cup rose water
  • 2 tsp Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder

Method:

  1. In a bowl, mix sugar and rose water. Boil it.  
  2. Add khoya to make it smooth.
  3. Add in the blanched almonds and add ghee.  
  4. Cook over medium flame till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.  
  5. Mix cardamom and nutmeg powder.  
  6. Spread the mixture on it.  
  7. Cool before serving
