Lebanese Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 whole garlic
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 to 4 cup Puritan oil

Method:

  1. Take a blender and add garlic, salt and lemon.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Slowly add 3 to 4 cups of Puritan oil while blending constantly.
  4. Gradually the paste will thicken. Refrigerate it.
