Thai Chicken Mince With Glass Noodles by Chef Zakir

Ingredients:

  • Chicken mince 300 gram
  • Glass noodles 1/2 packet
  • Carrot 1
  • Zucchini 1
  • Fresh red chillies 2
  • Spring onion 2
  • Green chillies chopped 3
  • Egg half
  • Chicken stock 1 cup
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves
  • Ginger 1 piece
  • Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Corn flour 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Oil 3 tbsp
  • Oil for fry
  • Salt to taste

Method:

  1. First add egg, salt, black pepper powder and corn flour in chicken mince and mix it well.
  2. When marination is well, then fry mince in deep frying oil and keep until it become golden and keep in one side.
  3. Now cut spring onion, carrot and zucchini in long piece.
  4. Then deep fry glass noodles in deep frying oil and keep in on side.
  5. Now in one karahi pan, heat oil, add ginger, garlic for 1 to 2 minutes and stir it.
  6. Now add all vegetables, soya sauce, wooster sauce, oyster sauce, salt, mince, chicken stock, fresh red chillies and chopped green chillies and cook it.
  7. When the cooking is start, put corn flour for thick.
  8. Now spread over glass noodles kept on platters and serve it as hot.
