Ingredients for Galawat Key Kabab:

  • Meat 1 kg
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger 1 tbsp
  • Raw Papaya 5 tbsp
  • Oil 1/3 cup
  • Red Chilli Powder 2 tbsp
  • Cumin Seeds 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Yogurt 2 cup
  • Onion 1
  • Green Chilli 10-15
  • Coriander 1 bunch
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Coal 1

Method:

  1. Make keema of meat with hands.
  2. Add ginger, garlic, yogurt, raw papaya, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, turmeric, garam masala & salt and keep in refrigerator for 24 hours.
  3. Cut onion, coriander & green chillies into small pieces and add in meat.
  4. Keep coal in middle of meat and put oil in coal and leave it for 10 minutes for smoke.
  5. Make kabab with hands and cook it for 15 minutes in hot oil.
  6. When ready, serve it.

Ingredients for Bal Key Parathe:

  • Flour 1/2 kg
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Oil 1/2 cup
