Chicken Rezala by Chef Mehboob

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless 1 kg
  • Onion 4
  • Coriander 2 bunch
  • Green chilli 7
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Raisin 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 2-1/2 tbsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Yogurt 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Coat some salt on slice onion.
  2. Then wipe out all water and deep fry it until golden brown.
  3. Add brown onion, yogurt, cardamom and raisins in blender and make paste.
  4. Heat oil in one pot, add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, turmeric powder, green chilli and salt and fry it.
  5. Now add chicken and fry until light brown.
  6. Then add onion paste and cook on low flame until chicken leaves oil.
  7. Put coriander and some water and cook until chicken cooked well and gravy becomes thick.
  8. Lastly, put lemon juice and serve hot.
