Turkish Kebabs, Lal Chutney, Tahini Sandwich And Tzatziki Sauce by Chef Tahir Chaudhry

Ingredients for Turkish Kebabs:

  • Chicken minced 500 grams
  • Onions 2
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Tara garam masala 1 tsp

Ingredients for Tzatziki Sauce:

  • Curd 1 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Crated cucumber 1
  • Soya 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Lal Chutney:

  • Dry red chilies 8
  • Garlic cloves  6
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Tamarind water 1/4 cup

Method:

  1. Grind dry red chilies, garlic cloves, salt and tamarind water and serve with sandwiches.

Ingredients for Tahini Sandwich:

  • Chicken breast 1
  • Tahini sauce 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Onions 2 tbsp
  • Green chilli 2
  • Green coriander 2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Bread slice 8-10

Method:

  1. Put tahini sauce, mayonnaise, onion, green chilli, green coriander, lemon juice and salt in chicken and mix it.
  2. Now keep in bread slice and cut into triangular shape.
  3. Spicy tahini sandwich is ready.
