- Gram flour 1/2 kg
- Curry leaves 6-8
- Kewra 2 cups
- Yellow lentil 1/2 cup
- Gram lentil 1/2 cup
- Peanuts 1/2 cup
- Garlic 8-10 cloves
- Tartary 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder as required
- Chaat masala as required
- Food color as required
- Oil to fry
- Salt to taste
