  • Turmeric 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Garlic 1 tbsp
  • Ginger  1 tbsp
  • Cumin seed  1 tbsp
  • Red chili powder 2 tbsp

  • Oats 1 cup
  • Wheat flour  3 cups
  • Oil  1/3 cup
  • Walnut  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Baking powder 1 tbsp
  • Sesame seed  3 tbsp
  • Brown sugar 6 tbsp
  • Cinnamon  1 pinch
  • Apple  2
  • Eggs  3
