Peshawari Mutton And BBQ Nakeem Gosht by Chef Gulzar

Ingredients For Peshawari Mutton:

  • Mutton  1 kg
  • Boiled tomato  4 to 5
  • Ginger garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Yogurt  250 gm
  • Whole red chili  6 to 8
  • Whole all spice  1/2 cup
  • Cumin powder  1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • Crushed red chili  1 tbsp
  • Green coriander  1/2 bunch
  • Oil  1/2 cup
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan, add chopped ginger garlic paste, add mutton and water then roast it.
  2. Now pour water and let the mutton on tender and cook.
  3. When the water dries then add whole red chilies, whole garam masala mix it well.
  4. Now pour yogurt, chopped cumin, chopped turmeric, chopped red chilies, salt mix it well, roast it.
  5. Then add boiled tomatoes, roast it well.
  6. When the mutton is tendered then make the gravy thick and dish out it, garnish it with green coriander then serve.

Ingredients For BBQ namkeen Dost:

  • Beef undercut  1 kg
  • Fat  as required
  • Black pepper  1 tsp
  • Papaya paste 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  4 tbsp
  • Garlic paste  2 tbsp
  • Oil  2 tbsp
  • Lahori salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Marinate the beef with beef undercut, fat, chopped black pepper, papaya paste, lemon juice, garlic paste, lahori salt in a mixing bowl then leave it.
  2. Now put them in skewers and steam it on coals, or fry them.
  3. Then take them out and garnish it with salad and onions for serving.
