Ingredients For Kulfa Kheer:

  • Milk  1-1/2 liter
  • Bread slices  4
  • Peanuts  100 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar  1-1/2 cup
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Kewra  1 tsp
  • Chopped rice 4 tbsp
  • Silver leaf  5
  • Peanuts  for garnishing

Method:

  1. Pour milk, add sugar, chopped cardamom, pista, chopped rice, cook it on low temperature for half an hour.
  2. Now pour milk, add bread slices keep them in milk and leave it for 1 hour.
  3. Now blend the bread and khoya.
  4. Then mix it into cooked milk and let it cook on low temperature.
  5. When it becomes thick then turn off the stove, add kewra, take it out in a dish.
  6. In the end garnish it with pistachio and silver paper then serve.

Ingredients For Semolina Halwa:

  • Semolina  250 gm
  • Ghee  1 cup
  • Cream  1 packet
  • Coconut milk  1 tin
  • Cardamom powder  1/2 tsp
  • Silver leaf  for garnishing
  • Fried almonds for garnishing
  • Sugar  1 cup
  • Pistachio 100 gm

Method:

  1. First heat ghee and roast semolina well.
  2. Now keep its temperature low then add coconut milk.
  3. Then add sugar, cream, chopped cardamom, keep it on low temperature.
  4. When it dries then add silver paper press it with hands.
  5. Now add ready halwa and press it with help of hands.
  6. After that take it out from bowls, garnish with fried almonds and pistachio and serve.

Ingredients For Oats Halwa:

  • Porridge  2 cup
  • Ghee  250 gm
  • Brown sugar 250 gm
  • Milk  2 cup
  • Khoya  250 gm
  • Coconut slices  1/2 cup
  • Raisins  50 gm
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds  50 gm
  • Cashew nuts  50 gm

Method:

  1. Heat ghee, add porridge and make them golden brown.
  2. Put milk, chopped cardamom and brown sugar in another pan, cook well and make syrup.
  3. Now put it into porch and keep it on low flame.
  4. Keep almonds, cashew, coconut slice and khoya on simmer.
