Ingredients For Ring kabab:

  • Chicken fillet  6
  • Ginger garlic paste  1/2 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chili sauce  1 tbsp
  • Salt  to taste
  • Oil  as required
  • Crushed black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Tooth picks  as required

Method:

  1. First add ginger garlic paste, soya sauce, tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt and chopped black pepper on chicken fillet for marinating it for 10 minutes.
  2. Now roll the chicken fillet individually and close it with tooth pick.
  3. After that pour oil, until it becomes golden brown.
  4. Serve it hot .

Ingredients For Tang Juice:

  • Orange tang  1 jug pack
  • Water  1 jug

Method:

  1. Take a jug filled it with water, mix 1 packet of orange tang then serve it cool

Ingredients For Jhatpat Keema:

  • Beef mince  1/2 kg
  • Chopped onion  2
  • Chopped green chilies  4
  • Chopped green coriander 1 bunch
  • Turmeric  1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Oil  as required
  • Salt  to taste

Method:

  1. Pour oil in a pan add chopped onion make them golden brown.
  2. Now add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and chopped red chilies roast it lightly.
  3. Now add mince, and salt Dry the mince water.
  4. When the water dries then roast the chopped coriander and chopped green chilies heat it and serve it with khichri.
