Ingredients For Falafel:

  • White chickpeas 1 cup
  • Onion  1/2 cup
  • Parsley  1/3 cup
  • Coriander 2 tbsp
  • Garlic  1 clove
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili  2
  • Water  2-3 tbsp
  • Oil  deep fry

Method:

  1. First make the paste of white chickpea and water in a food processor.
  2. Now add onion, parsley, green coriander, garlic, baking powder, salt, chopped black pepper and green chilies grind it for a while.
  3. Then take it out and make the falafel with the help of falafel mold.
  4. Delicious falafel is ready.
