Ingredients For Vermicelli Balls:

  • Butter  150 gm
  • Vermicelli  1 packet
  • Condensed milk  1 tin
  • Rose water  1/4 tsp
  • Cardamom powder  1/2 tsp
  • Pistachio almonds  as required

Ingredients For Crispy Fried Chops:

  • Mutton chops  1/2 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • Water  2 cup

For Batter:

  • Flour  1/2 cup
  • Salt  1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Ajwaien  1/4 tsp
  • Star anise grinded  1/4 tsp
