Ingredients For Chicken Aloo Bukhara Karahi:

  • Chicken  1 kg
  • Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Tomato  4
  • Tomatoes  6
  • Curd  1/2 cup
  • Plum  1/2 cup
  • Butter  2-3 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili 2 tbsp
  • Crushed coriander 1 tbsp
  • White cumin  1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek Seed 1 tbsp 
  • Green chilies 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Green chilies  8-10
  • Green coriander  8-10
  • Ginger slices  as required
  • Ghee  1-1/2 cup
  • Green cardamom  2
  • Black pepper  1/2 tsp
  • White cumin 1 tsp

Method:

  1. First heat the ghee in a pan, add green chilies cut it along garlic, salt, chicken dry its water.
  2. Then add red chilies, coriander, chopped white cumin, tomato paste, simmer it for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add yogurt, fenugreek leaves, tomatoes, green chilies, chopped masala, plum in chicken keep its temperature high and dry its water, add green coriander, green chilies heat the butter mix it well.
  4. Add ginger slices for garnishing then serve it with naan.

Ingredients For Garlic Raita:

  • Curd  1/4 kg
  • Dry mint  1 tsp
  • White cumin  1/2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic 1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Chat masala  1/2 tsp

Method:

  1. Take a bowl add beaten yogurt with mint, chopped white cumin, garlic, salt and chaat masala mix it well.
