Ingredients for Chicken Tikka:

  • Chicken 4 pieces or 1 kg
  • Lemon juice 1/4 cup
  • Red chili powder 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Food color (Yellow) as required
  • Salt to taste


  1. Add red chili powder, lemon juice, salt, ginger garlic paste and yellow food color and mix it nicely.
  2. Mark cut on chicken tikka and marinate for 2 hours in ready masalay.
  3. Now grill chicken tikka and together spread ghee.
  4. When ready, serve with chutney and salad.
