					Ingredients for Punjabi Chana Masala:
- Desi chanay 250 gm
- Onion 2
- Ginger 1 tsp
- Garlic 1 tsp
- Degi mirch powder 1 tsp
- Tomato 2
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Turmeric 1 pinch
- White cumin 1 tsp
- Clove 7
- Fennel 1/2 tsp
- Coriander 1 bunch
 
Method:
- Soak chanay over night and boil it.
- Heat oil, put white cumin, clove and fennel. 
 
- Then
 add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic, blended tomato, salt, degi 
mirch powder, turmeric, coriander powder and garam masala and roast it.
- Now put chanay and cook for a while. Then put chopped coriander.
- Serve with bhatura.
