Ingredients for French Onion Steak:

  • Undercut 2 breast
  • Crushed garlic 1 tsp
  • Chili sauce 2 tbsp
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster shire sauce 1 tbsp
  • HP sauce 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1/4 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Onion rings 1 big
  • Fries and boiled vegetables to serve

For French Onion Sauce:

  • Butter 1 tbsp
  • Onion 1
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • HP sauce 2 tbsp
  • Wooster sauce 1 tsp
  • Brown sugar 1 tsp
  • HP sauce 2 tbsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Stock 1 cup
  • Fresh cream 2 tbsp
  • Flour 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. For Onion Sauce: Heat butter and oil and fry onion until brown.
  2. Now put all sauce ingredients and cook until thick.
  3. For Steak: Marinate chicken with all ingredients except oil, onion rings, fried and boiled vegetables. Now take it out and keep it aside.
  4. For Serving: Heat oil and fry onions until soft.
  5. Now put soya sauce, salt and brown sugar and cook until it is ready.
  6. Now take out onion in sizzler and spread with steak. Put sauce on top
  7. Now serve with fried and boiled vegetables.
