Ingredients:

  • Fresh milk 1 liter
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Small cardamom 6
  • Chopped almonds 6
  • Chopped pistachio 15
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Gram lentil 1 tsp
  • Rice 4 tbsp

For Caramel Sauce:

  • Water 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. First, mix small cardamom with sugar and grind it.
  2. Now put milk and small cardamom in pot and cook it nicely until thick.
  3. Now put finely grinded soaked rice in milk. Together add sugar and stir it continuously.
  4. When firni becomes thick, remove it, put in sand pot and freeze it,
  5. In end, put chopped almonds and chopped pistachio.
  6. Now mix water and sugar, make caramel and put on top of firni.
  7. Delicious caramel wali firni is ready.
