Ingredients:

For Cake:

  • Butter 16 oz
  • Caster sugar 1-1/2 cup
  • Vanilla 1-1/2 tsp
  • Eggs 6
  • Coco powder 5 tbsp
  • Flour 1-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder 2 tsp
  • Cooking chocolate 4 oz
  • Cream 1/2 cup

For Icing:

  • Butter 4 oz
  • Cream cheese 8 oz
  • Chocolate melted 150 gm
  • Icing sugar 1/2 cup
  • Coco powder 1 tbsp
  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp
  • Malt powder 2 tbsp

Method:

  1. Strain together flour, coco powder and baking powder.
  2. Now beat butter, caster sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. Then beat egg whites until it becomes stuff.
  4. Now put egg yolks and beat it nicely.
  5. After that, add egg mixture in butter mixture and beat it nicely.
  6. Now mix melted chocolate and cream mixture and fold it.
  7. In end, strained flour, coco powder and baking powder and mix in it.
  8. Now put in 8 inch greased sandwich pan and bake on 180 degrees C for 15 minutes.
  9. Then take it out and chill it. Now take out one layer of cake on plate, moist it with milk and spread cream.
  10. Then moist second layer of cake with milk. Then cover sides and top with cover and chill it.
  11. For Icing: Melt chocolate with cream and coco powder, take out and chill it.
  12. Now beat butter and icing sugar. Then put cream cheese and remaining cream and fold it.
  13. Then put chocolate mixture and malt powder and fold it.
  14. In end, chill it for 30 minutes, beat it and use it.
