  • Butter cookies 500 gm
  • Butter 4-6 tbsp
  • Coconut 1-1/2 tbsp
  • Strawberry jam 3/4 cup

For Filling:

  • Strawberries 1 kg
  • White cream cheese 500 gm
  • Cream 500 gm
  • Gelatin 1 tbsp
  • Strawberry essence 3-4 drops
  • Icing sugar 3/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream 1 cup


  1. Chop butter cookies in chopped and add butter melted and coconut/
  2. Now press mixture nicely in pan and keep in refrigerator.
  3. After some time, take out, make layer of jam and keep again in refrigerator.
  4. For Filling: Beat cream cheese nicely, put icing sugar and beat more.
  5. Now mix cream, strawberry essence and lemon juice. Together dissolve gelatin in water and put in it.
  6. Put strawberries in blender and grind it. Then add icing sugar, cook it and put gelatin.
  7. Chill it and put in ready mixture, make swirl roll with sticks and keep in refrigerator.
  8. When it sets, take it out, garnish with strawberries and cream and serve.
